Work Order

Customer agrees to pay in full for all services rendered and materials provided under this Work Order in accordance with the stated terms. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. All services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from services performed. By signing, Customer acknowledges acceptance of the services and agrees to these terms.
